How to configure a granite sand production line?


Granite is beautiful, durable and practical, and is a very popular building material. It is a hard rock with a saturated uniaxial ultimate compressive strength greater than 30 MPa. For such rocks, coarse crushing, medium fine crushing and shaping processes are generally used to process raw materials to finished products. The granite crushing sand production line is not only suitable for granite crushing, but also suitable for materials that are difficult to crush or costly, such as basalt, diabase, andesite.

Generally speaking, we will design the production line according to the characteristics of the raw materials. According to different finished products, a crushing process can be divided into coarse crushing section, medium crushing section, fine crushing section and grinding section, including coarse crushing+medium crushing, coarse crushing+medium crushing+fine crushing or coarse crushing+medium crushing+fine crushing +Three types of plastic crushing process, plastic is generally to make the product shape better, users can configure process equipment according to their needs.

Due to the hard texture, the granite production line configuration generally needs to pass through three stages, namely the coarse crushing of the jaw crusher (first break), the medium and fine crushing of the cone crusher (second break), and the sand making and shaping of the sand making machine (shaping) .

The jaw crusher is used in the first crushing process of the crushing line, which can crush large particles with a compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa to a size of 100mm~300mm. The cone crusher uses the principle of lamination crushing to form a protective layer of material layer, which has the characteristics of reliable structure, high crushing efficiency, easy adjustment, and economical use. The sand making machine is suitable for the crushing and shaping of soft, medium-hard and extremely hard materials. It is generally used as the last process of the crushing sand production line.

In addition, it also needs to be equipped with feeders, vibrating screens and dust and noise removal equipment, etc., to meet the requirements of green production, energy saving and environmental protection.

In specific work, large granite materials are fed uniformly through the silo to the vibrating feeder, and then enter the jaw crusher for the first crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are screened by the vibrating screen as required and conveyed by the belt The machine is transported to the cone crusher for the second medium and fine crushing. After medium and fine crushing, the circular vibrating screen is used for sieving, and the larger particle materials are returned to the cone crusher and crushed again. Materials that meet the requirements enter the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If the materials need to be cleaned, they can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. Finally, the materials that meet the requirements are sorted and packaged according to different particle size ranges.

A reasonable and economical production line must be determined based on comprehensive considerations such as the characteristics of raw materials, output requirements and the use of finished products. It is necessary to configure the appropriate equipment and select the appropriate equipment model to take advantage of the production line.
