Brief introduction

Work principle

During the operation of the magnetic separator, the materials are evenly fed into the upper magnetic field area of the rotating drum through the electromagnetic vibration feeder. Under the action of the magnetic field, the magnetic particles in the material are magnetically aggregated to form a "magnet group" or "magnetic chain", move toward the magnetic pole and be adsorbed on the surface of the drum, and rotate together with the drum. Since the polarities of the magnetic poles are alternately arranged along the rotation direction of the drum, and are fixed during operation, the magnetic stirring phenomenon occurs when the material rotates with the drum, which is mainly manifested in the magnetic force different from the magnetic and non-magnetic particles: magnetic The particles are attracted to the surface of the drum by the magnetic force in the magnetic field. Due to the different magnetic force, the non-magnetic and weak magnetic particles will fall off with a different throwing trajectory. The particles finally adsorbed on the surface of the drum are the concentrate. As the drum turns to the weaker magnetic edge of the magnetic system, it is discharged into the concentrate tank under the action of the flushing water sprayed from the unloading water pipe, and finally leaves the magnetic field.
