Brief introduction

The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is developed with a brand-new design concept, integrating mechanical, hydraulic, intelligent control and other technologies in one. Through a single hydraulic cylinder lifting and lowering the cone, various functions such as direct adjustment of the discharge port, prevention of iron overload, cavity cleaning, and overload protection can be completed. Compared with the traditional cone crusher, the hydraulic cone crusher has a large crushing ratio, high efficiency, low energy consumption, uniform product size, and is more suitable for medium and fine crushing of various ores and rocks.

1. Compared with multi-cylinder cone breaking, the single-cylinder cone breaking structure is relatively simpler, lighter in weight, lower in manufacturing cost and lower in transportation cost.

2. A labyrinth sealing device is used to replace the water seal so that dust and impurities cannot enter the body. This ensuring the cleanliness of the oil, extending the service life of the sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing, and making the machine operate reliably.

3. Technical improve on the sliding bearings. The improved equipment can adapt to higher speeds and increase the swing speed of the main shaft, so that the specifications of the finished materials meet the requirements with higher capacity.

4. A hydraulic system is used to adjust the discharge port, which can be adjusted at any time according to the stone crushing situation during the operation of the equipment, which is very convenient.

Work principle

The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the gears, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the cone to swing circumferentially, so as to realize continuous extrusion of crushed materials. By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, the moving cone can be moved up and down to conveniently adjust the size of the orifice. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection function. When an unbreakable object (such as an iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder automatically drops the moving cone, releases the iron block, protects the crusher, and the moving cone automatically recovers after foreign objects are discharged. The equipment returns to working condition and continues to break.
