Brief introduction

Mecru CI Series Impact Crusher is an ideal construction aggregates processing equipment for high-grade highway and hydropower. It can process all kinds of materials with anti-inflammatory strength not exceeding 350 MPa. Work principle

The impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the action area of the hammer, it strikes and breaks with the hammer on the rotor, and then is thrown to the counterattack device to be broken again. And then rebounds from the counterback liner re-crushing to the action area of the hammer. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required particle size, and discharged through the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the material discharge particle size and material shape.
