Introduction

    Zambia is very rich in mineral resources, of which copper reserves are particularly rich. Locally, copper mine beneficiation plants are also relatively common. After consulting and comparing multiple manufacturers on the Internet, the customer finally selected the scheme and equipment of Mecru. This copper mine beneficiation line designed by Mecru uses a flotation process. The copper ore crushed by the crusher is evenly sent to the ball mill for further grinding treatment, and is subjected to classification processing by the spiral classifier, and the ore slurry that does not meet the flotation requirements is sent back to the ball mill for re-grinding; otherwise, it is classified The ore pulp material that meets the conditions is sent to the mixing tank, mixed with the medicament, and then sent to the flotation machine for separation and processing to obtain a copper concentrate slurry of higher purity. The copper ore pulp obtained by flotation is sent to a thickener for efficient concentration, and then sent to a dryer for drying treatment.
