    Granite is a good material for construction with many good advantages such as hard texture, high strength, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and low water absorption. Because of the good hardness and large shape of granite, generally a crusher cannot solve it, so a secondary high-hardness crushing system is needed. The granite crushing production line designed by Mecru is mainly composed of ZSW-3896 vibrating feeder, C96 jaw crusher, CH440 cone crusher, Yk2460 vibrating screen, belt conveyor, centralized electric control and other equipment.

    Large granite stones are fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed stones are sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing; and then the finely crushed stones are transported by the belt conveyor Feed into the vibrating screen for sieving, finally 0-5mm, 5-20mm, 20-40mm stones were screened out. Stones that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the finished product pile by the finished tape conveyor; stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the cone crusher for crushing again. This process forms a closed circuit multiple cycles. The particle size of the finished product can be combined and graded according to the needs of users. To protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped.
