The project is located in the Heilongjiang area. The local copper mine is rich in resources and has an extremely high investment value. After receiving the project commission, the project manager of our company went to the site many times to conduct an in-depth study on the characteristics of the copper mine in the area. Not only did it configure a reasonable copper ore dressing production line equipment, but also designed a reasonable Process flow of beneficiation production line.
The mined ore is firstly crushed by the jaw crusher, and after being crushed to a reasonable fineness, it is evenly sent to the ball mill through the elevator and the feeder, and the ore is crushed and ground by the ball mill. The copper ore fine material ground by the ball mill enters the next process: classification. The screw classifier cleans and classifies the copper ore mixture based on the principle that the specific gravity of the solid particles is different and the precipitation speed in the liquid is different. The classified copper ore enters the flotation machine for coarse separation, sweeping, and selection operations. The selected wet concentrate is shrunk by the concentrator and dried by the dryer to obtain copper concentrate.
