The flotation of natural graphite is good, and the flotation method can select the concentrate with the grade of 80%-90% from the raw ore with the grade of 5%~10%. In particular, flake graphite can be sorted by flotation. The Henan customer invested in the construction of a graphite mine floating plant with a daily output of 1,000 tons. Detailed configuration

The beneficiation production line adopts the flotation process. Main production process: Graphite raw ore, grinding, stirring, roughing, regrinding, selection, product storage, and storage. Mainly equipped with: jaw crusher, rod mill, flotation machine, dryer, etc. The flotation wastewater is recycled and used after sedimentation in the tailings pond and will not be discharged to the outside. The dust generated by the crushed ore is treated by a bag filter to make the pollutants meet the discharge standard.
