Detailed configuration

The raw ore is crushed with a jaw crusher; the crushed minerals are ground with a ball mill; the ball-milled materials that meet the feed particle size are sent to the spiral chute for separation and sorting; after sorting, the sediment is removed. sent to the shaker for re-sorting;

Then use a strong magnetic separator to select and select iron and other substances; send the re-selected and universally selected materials to a high-frequency vibrating screen for screening, and remove the ferric oxide and ferric tetroxide in the powder to obtain potassium long-term stone powder;

Sulfuric acid is used as pickling agent, and the flotation machine is used for pickling and separation to obtain potassium feldspar fine powder, and then according to production requirements, the potassium feldspar fine powder that meets the particle size of the finished product is screened out, which is the finished product. The whole potassium feldspar beneficiation process adopts the combination of flotation and magnetic separation.
