Entrusted by a Chinese customer, Mecru Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd needed to build a gold flotation production line with capacity of 1,000 tons per day in Tajikistan. The company was responsible for project design, equipment manufacturing, installation and operation training for local workers. Detailed configuration

The flotation production line is composed of jaw crushers, ball mills, classifiers, mixing tanks, flotation machines, thickeners and dryers and other major equipment. Equipped with feeders, elevators, and belt conveyors, the whole production line enjoys many advantages. Such as: high production capacity, low energy cost , high output capacity, economic and reasonable design. Compared with the same machine, Mecru new design circular flotation tank occupies smaller area during production, lower energy consumption, lower production cost and high efficiency.
