Mining ball mills are used for grinding various ores and are widely used. Based on decades of customer experience, Mecru continuously improves the performance of the ball mill, so that the ball mill can achieve high stability, long service life and high grinding efficiency. Mecru mining ball mills have stable performance and complete types:

1.According to the grinding medium, it can be divided into ball mills and rod mills;

2.According to the grinding method, it can be divided into wet grinding and dry grinding;

3.According to the unloading method, it can be divided into grid type and overflow type.

Product Advantages

The rolling bearing is used instead of the sliding bearing, the friction force is greatly reduced, the starting is easy, and the energy saving is remarkable.

The use of high-strength and wear-resistant combined hammer head can save materials and reduce waste.

The working principle of the ball mill is relatively advanced, the grinding efficiency of the equipment is very high in the process of grinding materials, which improves the grinding speed of the entire process, and thus also increases the output.

Ball Mill

Work Principle

The material enters the first silo of the mill uniformly through the feeding hollow shaft. The silo has a stepped lining or corrugated lining, which contains various specifications of steel balls. The rotation of the cylinder produces centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain level. After falling down at a high level, it has a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding in the first silo, it enters the second silo through a single-layer partition board. The silo is set with a flat lining plate and contains steel balls to grind the material further. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
