Iron ore is an important raw material for iron and steel production enterprises. Natural ore (iron ore) gradually selects iron through procedures such as crushing, grinding, magnetic separation, flotation, and gravity separation. Make the mineral aggregate containing iron element or iron compound which can be used economically. The classification of iron ore is very complicated. It can be divided into many angles such as main components, harmful impurities, structural forms, and types of gangue. Each angle can be divided into many types. Which one is used in industry corresponds to what kind of iron ore. The process flow needs to be specially designed.

The mined ore is initially crushed by the jaw crusher, and after being crushed to a reasonable fineness, it is evenly sent to the ball mill through the elevator and the feeder, and the ore is crushed and ground by the ball mill.
The ore fines ground by the ball mill enter the next process: classification. The spiral classifier washes and classifies the ore mixture based on the principle that the specific gravity of the solid particles is different and the speed of precipitation in the liquid is different.
When the washed and classified mineral mixture passes through the magnetic separator, due to the different specific magnetic susceptibility coefficients of various minerals, the magnetic substances in the mixture are separated by magnetic force and mechanical force. The mineral particles initially separated by the magnetic separator are sent to the flotation machine to separate the desired minerals from other substances.
After the desired minerals are separated, because they contain a lot of water, they must be preliminarily concentrated by a concentrator and then dried by a dryer to obtain dry minerals.
