Mecru single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher integrates mechanical, hydraulic, intelligent control and other technologies. The cone crusher has a hydraulic lifting cone, which can directly adjust the discharge port during production, and have various functions such as over-iron protection, cavity cleaning protection, and overload protection. Compared with the same type of crusher, it has a larger crushing ratio, higher efficiency and more uniform particle size of finished materials. Mecru single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is more suitable for medium and fine crushing of various ores and rocks.

Product Advantages

A labyrinth sealing device is used to replace the water seal so that dust and impurities cannot enter the body. This ensuring the cleanliness of the oil, extending the service life of the sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing, and making the machine operate reliably.

Technical improve on the sliding bearings. The improved equipment can adapt to higher speeds and increase the swing speed of the main shaft, so that the specifications of the finished materials meet the requirements with higher capacity.

Work Principle

The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the gears, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the cone to swing circumferentially, so as to realize continuous extrusion of crushed materials. By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, the moving cone can be moved up and down to conveniently adjust the size of the orifice. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection function. When an unbreakable object (such as an iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder automatically drops the moving cone, releases the iron block, protects the crusher, and the moving cone automatically recovers after foreign objects are discharged. The equipment returns to working condition and continues to break.
