The jaw crusher is a crushing machine composed of two jaw plates, a movable jaw and a static jaw, to complete the material crushing operation by simulating the motion of the two jaws of animals. Mecru's improved C series jaw crusher can save energy by 15%-30%, and can save more than double the energy in a reasonably configured production line.

Product Advantages

The superior motion characteristics and unique "V" type symmetrical crushing cavity structure make the processing capacity is more than 15% larger than other similar machines.

The unique crushing cavity shape makes the jaw plate material utilization rate higher, and the jaw plate can be used interchangeably for four times to achieve uniform wear of the jaw plate crushing surface, which improving the material utilization rate and extending the service life.

The structural design with adjustable transmission angle makes higher capacity under the same discharge port.

The fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate are common, which can effectively reduce the using of spare parts and make the installation more convenient.

Work Principle
