Mecru SF square flotation cell is widely used in the roughing flotation, concentrating flotation and counter-flotation process of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals such as copper, lead, zinc and molybdenum. The SF flotation machine has a complete range of models, high sorting accuracy and strong processing capacity.
Large air intake and low power consumption.
Each tank of the flotation machine has triple functions of suction, slurry suction and flotation. It forms a flotation circuit without any auxiliary equipment. It is horizontally configured to facilitate the change of process.
The slurry circulation is reasonable, which can minimize the precipitation of coarse sand.
An automatic control device for the slurry surface is provided, which is convenient for adjustment.

Add water and necessary chemical reagents to the slurry for stirring, and at the same time introduce air into the mixing tank to form a large number of air bubbles. Mineral particles that are less susceptible to reagents adhere to the bubbles to form a layer of mineralized bubbles. Mineral particles that are easily affected by the reagent remain in the slurry.
